Alert level 3

Kia ora whānau

As you will know, Auckland will be moving to alert level three on Tuesday night.  We are all organised for our Alert Level 3 learners to start on Wednesday.  As was announced at the press conference this afternoon, school is closed, except for those learners who are unable to be supervised at home.

Distance learning will continue up until Friday 1st October, which is the last day of the school term.

A massive thank you to you, for guiding learning at home over the past month and a bit.  It has not been an easy road for many households, and we are incredibly appreciative of your support and hard work.  Thanks too, to our teachers and support staff, who I know have been working incredibly hard to connect with and support their learners from a distance.

As always, if there is anything we can support you with, please get in touch with your child’s teacher.

Take care.  Hopefully, we are in the final stretches of these restrictions.

Kind Regards
