Minutes of Recent Board Meetings

Minutes of recent meetings are also available on the notice board in the foyer of the school office.

Function of the Board

The Board of Trustees governs the school. It is the Board's function to set the objectives, goals and policies of the school and to administer the school finances. The Board is composed of parents of children at the school and is elected by parents for a three year term. (Additional members may also be co-opted for specific purposes). An elected teacher representative and the Principal are also members of the Board.

There is a roll-over of Trustees every 18 months with either two or three places being up for election for a further three years. This ensures there is stability on the Board.

The Board of Trustees hold their monthly meetings in the Principal’s board room, usually commencing at 7.30pm. Members of our community are welcome to attend any board meeting. Copies of any of the school policies are available from the office on request.
